Will I get an e-mail with order and shipping confirmation?
Yes. All of your order details will be included in an automated email, sent to the email used to checkout, once your order has been placed. Once the order has shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking numbers to track your shipment.
How do I check the status of my order or view order history?
Order details and order status can be viewed by logging into the store and clicking your name that appears in the top right header of the page. This will take you to your order dashboard where all of that information is held. This can only be done if your order was placed under your account, this function does not exist for anyone checking out as “guest”.
What is the return policy?
You can return unwashed, unworn, smoke-free merchandise within 30 days for store credit. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label should you need to return your items.
Do I need to make an account to place an order?
No. But, if you choose to create an account, we can save your shipping information for a quicker checkout the next time you place an order.

I received an e-gift certificate. How do I redeem this?
In order to redeem your e-gift certificate, you will need to create an account on the Dogs Rule store. You can add the value of the e-gift certificate to your account in two ways:

1.) Sign into the store and click your name in the right hand corner above the search bar. From the list on the left, choose the last option—Account Balance. Enter your e-gift certificate code in the “Activate Gift Certificate” field and click “APPLY”. At checkout, make sure you check the box that reads, “use my account balance”. You can then move forward and place your order.

2.) Sign into the store and shop as normal. Once you are ready to checkout, proceed through checkout as usual. Once you reach the payment section enter your e-gift certificate code in the field that appears under the credit card payment section. Hit “APPLY”. Then check the box that reads “use my account balance”. You can then move forward and place your order.
